Refund and Cancellation Policy
(for camps in June/July/August 2026)

All requests for withdrawal/refund must be received by email: tracy@brickbybrickmaine.com. A full refund minus the $40 non-refundable deposit will be given for cancellations/requests to withdraw received in writing 28 days prior to the camp start date.

A partial refund (50%) will be given for cancellations received less than 28 days prior to the camp start date.

No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the start of camp.

Brick By Brick Maine cannot offer refunds after the start of camp due to minor illness/injury, family schedule changes, medical appointments, forgotten registrations and/or camper behavioral issues. Exemptions may be made on a case by case basis for serious injury/illness or family emergencies.
