Cancellation Policy for Camp Days

A full refund (minus the transaction fee) will be issued if a cancellation request is received via email at least 72 hours before the start of the camp day. Cancellation requests made within 72 hours of the camp day start date are not eligible for a refund; this policy helps us plan staffing and materials to ensure a great experience for all campers. The registration may be transferred to a different day (within the same camp week) provided space is available.
